About Posada Mariana

Aunt Maryann and Uncle Rob's beautiful bed and breakfast has plenty of patio, pool and lawn space for folks to spread out.

Its a bit of a family compound with cousins and pets running around. Nala is a german shepherd who may greet you with a big bark, but she's very sweet and friendly.

Our time at the Posada

Sam met my extended family before he met my parents when we joined for a Guillermo-led medicine weekend at the Posada. It’s a special place to us and we’ve spent several holidays there making tamales, putting together puzzles, filling out crossword puzzles, building (and destroying) lego towers, and jumping in the pool over the years. We’re so grateful to have such amazing family!

Thanks Maryann, Rob, Heather, Savanna, Ernie, Rebecca, Paul, Pilar, and little Otto for making our visits so fun!

It would be lovely to have most people staying in one spot, so we have reserved a block of cabins and tents at the link below.

We checked out the hotel options in downtown Mariposa and this was our favorite spot! The cabins have ensuite bathrooms, and the tents' shared restrooms and showers are clean and roomy. They're building a pool, event tent, and more cabins that will be ready in time for our party next year. Seems great for kids, but not suitable for those with mobility challenges.

Please book a spot at your earliest convenience so they have an idea of how much space is needed. Additional cabins will open up in fall 2026.
